All vendors selling or distributing food are required to have a Food Safety Manager Certificate (ServSafe) and ANSI Approved Allergen Awareness Certificate. Each booth reservation that includes sales of any type of food includes the cost of one Temporary Food Establishment permit which complies with certain requirements in 105 CMR 590 (the Retail Food Code).
