Visit our Givebutter ticket application. Select a sponsorship level and pay a $100 holding fee to reserve your spot. This fee is deducted from your final total, not an extra charge. After you apply, you’ll answer a few questions about your booth, activations, and advertising interests. Our sponsorship team will reviewyour submission and sends an invoice for the remaining balance, payable by check. All commitments, logo files, and final payment are due December 1, 2026.
Givebutter is our ticketing platform. You do not have to pay for fees, we recommend you remove tips and donations of any kind during checkout. To turn off fees and tips, you will need to do the following:
Yes, for most levels. Presenting, Platinum, Diamond, and Gold sponsors all receive an exhibitor booth at no additional cost — the number included scales with your level. Silver sponsors receive a 50% discount on a booth instead. You’ll confirm whether you want to claim your booth when you apply.
You don’t need a full sponsorship level to support the festival. We offer standalone opportunities starting at $175, including digital program advertising, festival banners, and activations like game prizes, raffle prizes, and the volunteer program. In-kind donations are also welcome. Contact us at tetinboston@gmail.com to discuss.
VACM and NEIVSA are both 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. A portion of your sponsorship may be tax-deductible depending on the benefits you receive in return — we recommend confirming the deductible amount with your tax advisor.
All sponsorship commitments, logo files, and payment are due December 1, 2026. Materials received after this date may not appear in printed and on-site placements.
The $100 holding fee can be paid by card at checkout. The remaining balance on your invoice must be paid by check.
No. Every booth includes one table and two chairs at no cost. Additional chairs are $5 each, and electricity is available at $50 per 2,000-watt circuit if your booth needs power.
Your VIP ticket count is included with your sponsorship level. Additional festival tickets beyond that count can be purchased separately through our general admission page.
